Our company, Chillemi Restoration and Roofing Inc. is Eugene B. Chillemi's latest venture, where he brings his 35 years of expereince to the table. Eugene B. Chillemi, the founder and owner of CRR, has completed roofing projects throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida and Texas. He has held a multitude of different positions at various companies throughout the years, overseeing jobs large and small, commercial and residential. From 1,000 sq ft to 1,000,000 sq ft all jobs receive the same level of attention and professionalism. Below is a list chronicling some of his more notable works, all jobs were overseen by Eugene B. Roof completed Edgebrook Cooperative in 1988. Three tab shingles with a lifespan of 30 years were installed. Project consisted of 100,000 square feet of roofs installed throughout the 13 structures in the complex. Fabricated and installed 11,000 lineal feet of 12" aluminum fascia. Roof completed on Untermyer's Garden Conservancy Recreation Building in 1988. Batton seam metal roof installed upon building completion in 1988. Lifespan of roof is 20 years. Picture taken in 2014, roof still performing.
Roof completed on Temple Beth Shalom in 1991. Modified bitumen and custom made standing seam metal roofs installed in 1991. Lifespan of granulated modified bitumen is 12 years and lifespan of standing seam metal is 20 years. Picture taken in 2014, roofs still performing.
Roof completed over school on Harbor City Baptist Church in 2005. Installed new metal decking due to masonry damage from hurricane. Duro-Last custom made vinyl roof installed on top of existing hot tar and gravel. Duro-Last offers the best warranty in the industry and has a lifespan of 50 years.
Roof restoration completed on Beyel Brothers Crane in 2014. Standing seam metal roof over offices was restored with Gaco 100% silicone and has a 50 year warranty. Multiple silicone patches were done on roof over warehouse to help extend the life of the roof.
